Intel’s $200 billion turnaround plan is gaining traction after six consecutive revenue beats and a 450% stock surge over the past year. The company’s foundry ambitions received validation from NVIDIA’s $5 billion equity investment and Alphabet’s multiyear custom ASIC partnership, signaling confidence from tech giants.
The capital program includes over $100 billion for domestic expansion, $8.9 billion in CHIPS Act funding, and $6.5 billion in new debt. Additional investments, such as a $2.0 billion SoftBank stake and a $7.7 billion Fab 34 Ireland buyback, push the total toward $200 billion. AI-driven businesses now account for 60% of revenue, growing 40% year-over-year.
Intel’s Q1 FY26 revenue reached $13.577 billion, surpassing the $12.431 billion estimate, reinforcing the credibility of its long-term strategy. The company’s Q2 2026 earnings are scheduled for release on July 23.
