Eiffage Construction has won a design-build contract for the new headquarters of the Oise energy syndicate in Beauvais, France. The facility, located in the Novaparc business park, will accommodate 80 employees, doubling the current workforce. Eiffage is leading the project alongside subsidiaries Eiffage Energie Systèmes and Eiffage Route.

The development is designed as an “exemplary energy ecosystem,” integrating workplace well-being and employee involvement. Features include communal spaces, a vegetable garden, and interactive energy systems allowing staff to monitor and adjust their consumption. The building will also house a showroom to educate visitors on energy-related technologies.

Construction plans emphasize collaboration and sustainability, with provisions for long-distance commuters, such as on-site Tiny Houses. The project reflects broader trends in energy-efficient infrastructure and employee-centric workplace design.
