Kraken wins $22M arbitration against Mazars
Kraken has been awarded $22M in an arbitration case against its former auditor Mazars.
The company was founded in 2011 and has been expected to pursue an initial public offering.
In November 2025, Kraken submitted a draft Form S-1 registration statement to the US Securities and Exchange Commission, but its public debut may be delayed until 2027 due to weaker crypto market conditions.
