Astera Labs Inc. (NASDAQ:ALAB) chairman Manuel Alba sold approximately 137,000 shares for $60.5 million on July 1, 2026, under a pre-arranged Rule 10b5-1 trading plan. The transaction was executed at a weighted average price of $442.01, reflecting the stock’s 386% one-year total return.

The sale reduced Alba’s direct and indirect holdings by 10%, leaving him with about 1.6 million shares worth roughly $675 million. Astera Labs, a semiconductor company with a $69.7 billion market capitalization, reported $852 million in revenue for the 2025 fiscal year.

The shares were sold as part of a non-discretionary plan, which allows insiders to sell shares without timing the market. The company’s stock closed at $430.86 on the transaction date.
