Amazon.com Inc. has launched an eight-part investment-grade bond offering targeting at least $25 billion. The sale includes maturities ranging from three to 40 years, with a three-year floating-rate note tied to SOFR and fixed-rate tranches at varying spreads over Treasuries.

Preliminary pricing guidance sets the three-year note at 65 basis points above Treasuries, while the 40-year bond is marketed at 145 basis points. Other tranches include five-year bonds at 80 basis points, seven-year at 90 basis points, and 10-year at 100 basis points. The company holds strong credit ratings from Moody’s, S&P, and Fitch.

The bonds are expected to price later on Tuesday, following initial reports on the offering’s size and terms.
