Wedbush raised its price target on Viridian Therapeutics (NASDAQ:VRDN) to $43 from $32, maintaining an Outperform rating after the FDA approved Lumvoa. The drug will be priced at $450,000 per treatment course, aligning with competitor Tepezza.

Management confirmed Lumvoa’s label covers both active and chronic thyroid eye disease patients, offering a competitive edge. Truist also increased its target to $38 from $35, citing a more convenient dosing schedule and rapid adoption potential in an underpenetrated market.

Revenue is expected to materialize by 2027, with a subcutaneous formulation planned for a 2027 biologics license application.
