Goldman Sachs increased its price target for JetBlue Airways Corporation (NASDAQ:JBLU) to $4.50 from $3.50 while maintaining a Sell rating. The adjustment follows stronger-than-expected revenue trends and a favorable decline in fuel prices across the airline sector.

The firm highlighted sustained passenger demand despite earlier airfare increases to offset fuel costs. Improved cost dynamics are expected to support airlines in the second half of the year. BofA also raised its JBLU target to $4 from $3.50, citing similar industry tailwinds but retaining an Underperform rating.

Both firms anticipate stronger financial results for airlines in Q2, though concerns remain about JetBlue’s long-term competitive positioning.
