BDO UK and Ireland merge to create a $1.4bn business
BDO UK and BDO Ireland have combined to form a single business, creating one of Europe’s largest accountancy and advisory organisations.
The unified company will have an annual revenue of close to £1.1bn ($1.4bn), with a headcount of approximately 8,500 and around 500 partners.
The merger took effect on 4 July 2026, aligned with the start of the companies’ new financial year, and adds BDO Ireland’s bases in Dublin and Limerick to BDO UK’s 17 existing offices across its network.
