The 15-year fixed increased by 11 basis points to 5.86%, and the 5/1 ARM rose by 43 basis points to 6.52%.
These rates are based on national averages and are rounded to the nearest hundredth.
Refinance rates are also up, with the 30-year fixed refinance rate at 6.38%.
