PVH faces downgrade and reduced price targets amid weak European demand and regional headwinds in EMEA.

Bank of America Securities downgraded PVH (NYSE:PVH) to Underperform from Neutral and lowered its price target to $70 from $90. The move reflects weaker demand in Europe and margin pressures in the Middle East and Turkey, which account for 50% of PVH’s exposure.

The firm expects 2026 EBIT margins to remain flat due to high tariff costs, licensing changes, and elevated marketing expenses. Earlier this month, Citi also trimmed its price target on PVH to $78 from $80 while maintaining a Neutral rating, citing a slow start to Q2.

PVH, which designs and markets branded apparel, faces a challenging global economic environment, limiting upside potential for its shares.
