Precious metals dealer seeks liquidation after revenue drops to $97.8 million in 2025 amid soaring gold and silver prices.
Rosland Capital LLC filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, citing unsustainable operations as gold prices surged from $1,500 per ounce in 2023 to a peak of $5,620 in January 2026. Silver also hit $121 per ounce, straining the firm’s order fulfillment model and profitability.
The Los Angeles-based dealer listed assets of $1 million to $10 million and liabilities of $50 million to $100 million, including $23.6 million in unsecured debt. Revenue fell from $151 million in 2021 to $97.8 million in 2025, reflecting declining margins despite higher metals prices.
Court documents show Fox News Network LLC as a creditor owed $1.9 million, while 19 other unsecured creditors, owed a combined $21.6 million, were redacted. The firm plans to liquidate assets and wind down operations.
