The patent covers both the production process and its use as a dietary supplement, reinforcing the company’s push into science-backed health solutions.
Nextida GC has already secured patent protection in major markets including Europe, Japan, China, and Australia. Additional applications are pending in North and South America, India, and Korea as Darling expands its functional health portfolio globally.
