Fulcrum Metals recorded a pre-tax loss of £553,000 for the year ended 31 December 2025, widening from £1.15m in 2024. The company generated no revenue as it focused on developing tailings and exploration assets in Canada, targeting precious and critical metals recovery.

Basic loss per share narrowed to 0.007p from 0.022p in the prior year. Net cash declined to £281,889 from £340,517 at the end of 2024. Fulcrum completed the acquisition of the Teck-Hughes Gold Tailings Project and signed a four-year exclusive licence for cyanide-free processing technology.

The company raised £1.9m to fund drilling and project development while divesting its Tully Gold Project to concentrate on tailings assets.
