JPMorgan increased its price target for PAR Technology Corporation (NYSE:PAR) to $16 from $12, upgrading the stock to Neutral from Underweight. The adjustment follows a correction of a technical error in its May 29 report, which had overstated the company’s share count by including dilutive securities.

Prior to the correction, PAR held a median price target of $26.50, reflecting a 73.32% upside potential. Analysts covering the stock rate it a Buy (78%) or Neutral (22%). The company recently announced a partnership with Pizza Factory to deploy its unified technology suite across 110 locations.

PAR’s CEO Savneet Singh stated the platform helps brands simplify operations and drive digital growth. The stock remains a focus for investors targeting low-priced equities with long-term upside.
