LM Funding America Inc (NASDAQ:LMFA) is pivoting its Bitcoin mining infrastructure toward high-performance computing and AI, purchasing GPU server hardware for its Oklahoma facility. The company will market power capacity at its Oklahoma and Mississippi sites to AI co-location customers, leveraging 26 megawatts of operational power at $0.046 per kilowatt-hour.

Currently, 22 megawatts support Bitcoin mining, but capacity can be redirected to AI workloads. LMFA is evaluating modular data centers and discussing a 10- to 50-megawatt expansion with its Oklahoma power provider. The company estimates potential annual revenue of $800,000 to $2 million per megawatt.

As of May 31, 2026, LMFA held 322.7 Bitcoin valued at $23.8 million and mined 9.8 Bitcoin, while exploring capital markets funding for full AI buildout.
