Ceasefire to start at 4 pm local time
A ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah is set to begin shortly, at 4 pm local time.
The agreement comes after recent clashes resulted in the deaths of four Israeli soldiers and injuries to five others.
Oil prices initially rose 50 cents but turned negative following the news.
