Cantor Fitzgerald maintained a Neutral rating on GitLab Inc (NASDAQ:GTLB) with a $35 price target following the company’s introduction of four new AI-powered features. The updates include Next Generation Source Code Management, GitLab Orbit context graph, Governance for Agents, and GitLab Flex, aimed at improving workflow efficiency and compliance for enterprise users.

GitLab’s median price target stands at $32, based on 30 analyst ratings, reflecting a 13.03% upside from its current price of $28.31. While 63% of analysts rate the stock a Hold, 30% maintain a Buy rating. The new features address challenges in managing larger codebases and automated activity, potentially accelerating adoption amid uncertainty over agent consumption patterns.

The announcements were made at GitLab’s Transcend event, with the Source Code Management and Orbit capabilities now in beta testing. Governance for Agents adds AI auditing tools, while GitLab Flex allows flexible seat and credit reallocation without contract changes.
