The Finnish food group secures €24.2m revenue business to strengthen its position in professional kitchens and out-of-home dining.
Finnish food company Fresh Servant Group has agreed to acquire Bama Fresh Cuts, a Norway-based producer of ready-cut salads and meals, for an undisclosed sum. The deal is pending approval from competition authorities and marks Fresh Servant’s largest acquisition to date.
Bama Fresh Cuts generated €24.2m in revenue in 2025, with nearly 80% derived from foodservice clients. The company employs 80 people and supplies around 160 products to retail and professional kitchen customers in Finland.
Fresh Servant CEO Sami Haapasalmi said the acquisition aligns with the group’s strategy to deepen collaboration with professional kitchens, citing growth potential in out-of-home dining. The transaction is expected to close following regulatory clearance.
