TTM Technologies will acquire Swiss Technology Group AG and ILFA GmbH, two privately held European printed circuit board manufacturers, in separate all-cash transactions. The deals align with TTM’s strategy to strengthen its presence in high-reliability and aerospace markets.
Swiss Technology Group, based in Zurich, and ILFA, headquartered in Hannover, specialize in advanced PCB production. No financial terms were disclosed, but the acquisitions mark TTM’s latest push into European manufacturing.
The transactions are expected to close in the coming months, subject to regulatory approvals.
