Deal grants Bronco national sales and marketing control over three Californian wineries without disclosing financial terms.
Bronco Wine Co has acquired Resurrection Brands, a US wine sales and marketing group, to bolster its national distribution network. The transaction details remain undisclosed, but Bronco will now represent McManis Family Vineyards, Provenance Vineyards, and LangeTwins Family Winery & Vineyards across 49 states.
Resurrection Brands’ portfolio includes independently owned wineries that will retain operational control while leveraging Bronco’s sales and distribution infrastructure. Bronco’s existing National Sales Division and Classic Wines of California division already serve on- and off-trade partners nationwide.
Bronco CEO Dom Engels stated the acquisition aligns with the company’s goal to expand its winery partnerships and consumer reach. Chief Commercial Officer Casey Tedd called the deal a “natural fit” for Bronco’s growth strategy.
