BitGo has introduced a regulated infrastructure for digital asset firms in the EU, including programmatic KYC checks, transaction controls, and SEPA-based euro payments. The move targets companies facing uncertainty under the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) framework, particularly in Poland and Lithuania where legacy registrations are expiring or unresolved.

Poland’s transition remains stalled after the president vetoed a crypto bill for the third time, while Lithuania’s legacy virtual asset service provider regime ended on December 31, 2025. BitGo’s platform aims to provide compliance solutions as national approvals phase out in favor of EU-wide standards.

The company did not confirm whether its tools could help firms like Binance maintain EU operations if regulators reject their licenses. BitGo CEO Mike Belshe stated the platform is designed to meet MiCA requirements while ensuring market continuity.
