Both bitcoin and ethereum prices posted their strongest opening levels in about two weeks following news that the U.S. and Iran are making meaningful strides toward a permanent peace deal that would reopen the Strait of Hormuz. While details of the deal remain murky, and inflation concerns are still rampant thanks to the months-long war, there is enough optimism among crypto traders to push prices higher.
