Zevia appoints Alexandre Ruberti as CEO and updates Q2 guidance, expecting net sales at the high end of its $43m-$45m range.
Zevia has named Alexandre Ruberti as its new president and CEO, effective immediately. Ruberti, a board member since 2024 and former Red Bull executive, replaces Amy Taylor, who departs to lead Angel City. The company also updated its second-quarter outlook, projecting net sales at the top of its $43m-$45m guidance range and adjusted EBITDA meeting or exceeding prior forecasts.
Zevia had previously guided for Q2 net sales between $43m and $45m, with an adjusted EBITDA loss of $0.5m to $1m. The appointment follows the recent hiring of Brian Bousley as chief commercial officer, signaling a strategic shift toward growth and profitability.
Ruberti stated the company has reached an inflection point, focusing on accelerating execution and capturing brand potential. The leadership change reflects Zevia’s push to scale operations amid competitive beverage markets.
