Modine Manufacturing (MOD) reported Q4 fiscal 2026 revenue of $954.4 million, surpassing the $907 million consensus estimate. Earnings per share reached $1.71, above the $1.57 forecast, while free cash flow hit $153 million.

The company expects fiscal 2027 EPS between $1.10 and $2.21, with revenue from data centers alone projected at $1.8 billion to $2 billion. Prior-year revenue for the segment was not disclosed, but growth reflects rising demand for thermal solutions.

Roth Capital raised its price target on MOD to $341 from $263, citing 22% upside potential and reaffirming a Buy rating. Shares have not yet reacted to the guidance update.
