Oracle posted fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings of $2.11 per share and revenue of $19.2B, topping estimates of $1.96 and $19.09B, respectively. The company cited record cloud revenue of $9.9B, up 47% year-over-year, fueled by AI-related demand for cloud infrastructure.

Cloud infrastructure revenue surged 93% to $5.8B, while cloud applications revenue rose 10% to $4.1B. Remaining performance obligations hit $638B, up 363% year-over-year, with $75B tied to large-scale AI contracts.

Oracle raised $43B in debt and $5B in equity during fiscal 2026 to fund AI cloud infrastructure investments. The company expects to secure $40B in additional financing for fiscal 2027, including a $20B at-the-market equity issuance.
