BlackRock announced a $5.73 per share quarterly cash dividend, payable June 23 to shareholders of record by June 5. The move follows a strong Q1 2026, with $935 million in net inflows to its digital assets division, which includes the iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF (IBIT).

The bitcoin fund’s assets under management reached $60.7 billion, up from $50.2 billion a year earlier. BlackRock’s 2026 thematic outlook report highlighted crypto and tokenized assets as major market-shaping trends, driven by institutional interest and blockchain adoption.

BlackRock manages approximately $14 trillion in assets globally, serving institutional and retail clients with wealth management and risk solutions.
