Terra Firma creates Averro Group for eco-friendly packaging
Terra Firma Equity has established Averro Group, a controlled packaging entity focused on replacing conventional plastic products.
The new entity has been formed with Soluvia Australia, combining Terra Firma’s customer access and logistics with Soluvia’s biodegradable packaging capabilities.
Averro is targeting commercial and institutional users, focusing on industrial wrapping, pallet films, and foodservice items, among other areas.
The company plans to offer alternatives to cold-chain packaging, foodservice plastics, and supermarket carry bags, including dissolvable and compostable systems.
