SpaceX aims to raise $75 billion in its June 12 IPO, surpassing Saudi Aramco’s 2019 record of $29 billion.
SpaceX will price its shares at $135 each, valuing the company at approximately $1.75 trillion as it prepares for its Nasdaq debut on June 12. The offering targets up to $75 billion in proceeds, eclipsing Saudi Aramco’s $29 billion IPO in 2019, previously the largest in history.
The company, which operates in rocket, satellite, and AI sectors, will trade under the ticker SPCX. Analysts note the valuation reflects strong investor demand, though some caution retail investors may face heightened risks amid high-profile allocations.
Finance creator Vivian Tu warned followers against viewing the IPO as a guaranteed opportunity, suggesting retail investors could serve as liquidity for early backers.
