Google and Anthropic commit $920 million and $1.25 billion monthly respectively to SpaceX’s AI data center services through 2029.

SpaceX announced two major cloud service agreements totaling $2.2 billion in monthly revenue ahead of its June 12 IPO. Google agreed to pay $920 million per month for access to 110,000 Nvidia GPUs and AI compute infrastructure through June 2029, with termination clauses starting in 2027.

The deals follow Anthropic’s separate $1.25 billion monthly agreement disclosed in SpaceX’s registration statement. Both contracts underscore demand for SpaceX’s AI data centers, which currently provide 1 gigawatt of compute capacity after acquiring xAI earlier this year.

SpaceX’s AI unit, valued at $250 billion, includes Grok AI and social media platform X, positioning the company as a key player in AI infrastructure ahead of its public debut.
