Centralized crypto exchange spot volume fell to $679 billion in April
Centralized crypto exchange spot trading volume declined to $679 billion in April, the lowest level since October 2023.
The figure was down 46% year-on-year and 67% from its October 2025 peak.
Perpetual futures volume also declined 53% from its peak, while monthly TradFi perpetual volume on crypto exchanges reached about $450 billion in March 2026.
