SpaceX targets $75 billion IPO
SpaceX is set to raise $75 billion in its initial public offering, selling 555.6 million shares at $135 apiece.
This would imply a corporate valuation of $1.75 trillion, making it the biggest IPO ever.
The company’s public trading is expected to begin on June 12, with final pricing on June 11.
Other large IPOs include Uber Technologies, which raised $8.1 billion on May 10, 2019, with an initial valuation of $82.4 billion.
