Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that adopting Russian liquefied natural gas (LNG) technologies in Alaska would be efficient for the US. The remarks come as oil markets face supply concerns and price fluctuations, with crude down $2.30 or 2.47% to $90.73 today.

Oil prices dipped below the 200-hour moving average at $91.87, reaching a low of $90.47 after peaking at $93.63 earlier. Putin emphasized Russia’s role in OPEC+ to balance global oil markets, crediting Saudi Arabia for cooperation in maintaining stability.
