Rubrik Inc (RBRK) posted first-quarter adjusted earnings of $0.16 per share, reversing a $0.53 loss estimate, as revenue surged 39% year-over-year to $387.1 million. The results exceeded Wall Street expectations of $366.3 million and the company’s own guidance range of $365 million to $367 million.
Subscription revenue climbed 41% to $374.2 million, while subscription annual recurring revenue (ARR) reached $1.57 billion, up 32% from a year ago. Cloud ARR grew 43% to $1.39 billion, with the company noting progress in its cloud migration. High-value customer growth accelerated, with 2,946 customers spending over $100,000 in subscription ARR, a 24% increase.
Rubrik raised its fiscal 2027 revenue guidance to $1.638 billion to $1.648 billion, above the prior estimate of $1.608 billion, and lifted adjusted EPS outlook to $0.25 to $0.35 from $0.17. Subscription ARR guidance was also increased to $1.854 billion to $1.862 billion.
