Jefferies reiterated its Buy rating and $40 price target on Global-E Online (NASDAQ:GLBE) following the company’s agreement to acquire Passport Global. The firm said the deal enhances Global-E’s shipping solutions and return capabilities while expanding its addressable market.

Global-E will acquire Passport, a U.S.-based cross-border e-commerce logistics provider, for an undisclosed sum. Passport is projected to generate $100 million in revenue in 2026, with growth outpacing Global-E’s overall rate. The transaction is expected to close in early July 2026, pending regulatory approvals.

Earlier this month, Bank of America lowered its price target on GLBE to $40 from $43 but maintained a Buy rating, citing long-term potential in the $114 billion cross-border e-commerce sector.
