Grant Thornton UK is rolling out Anthropic’s Claude AI to all UK employees in audit, tax, advisory, and support roles, starting this month and completing by August. The deployment is part of a £500m investment plan aimed at reducing process-heavy work and reallocating effort to higher-value client advice and complex analysis.
The initiative follows an internal launch last month and targets routine tasks such as drafting, data handling, and large-scale information processing. The firm stated the technology will enhance output consistency and depth but will not replace professional judgment.
