Airlines are slowly resuming flights to the Middle East as regional carriers recover from war-related disruptions, though broader traffic remains affected. Middle Eastern airlines have increased capacity, but many international carriers continue rerouting Europe-Asia flights to avoid the region.
Major airlines, including Air France-KLM, Delta, and Cathay Pacific, have extended cancellations to Tel Aviv, Dubai, and other hubs through August to December. Air Canada and Air Europa also suspended routes to Tel Aviv and Dubai until September and June, respectively.
The conflict has forced prolonged diversions, with some carriers like airBaltic canceling flights to Tel Aviv and Dubai until October. Greeceās Aegean Airlines halted routes to Tel Aviv, Dubai, and Iraqi cities through July and August.
