The Geely-owned EV maker expands its European footprint to 31 markets, targeting 250 global retail locations by 2026.
Polestar has entered Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, marking its expansion into the Baltic region and increasing its global market presence to 31. The move is part of the company’s strategy to grow its retail network to 250 locations worldwide by 2026, according to the announcement.
Europe accounted for 78% of Polestar’s total retail sales volumes in the first quarter of 2026. The company is partnering with Volvax Baltic to leverage its existing retail network, with a dedicated Polestar Space set to open in Tallinn in June 2026, followed by locations in Riga and Vilnius later in the year.
Polestar customers in the region will gain access to over 2,800 charging points across the three countries. The company highlighted the Baltic region’s developing charging infrastructure as a key factor in its expansion plans.
