Infineon (IFX) dominates the global power semiconductor market with a 17% share, offering products 15% more efficient than competitors. The company is positioned to capitalize on the €12B AI power infrastructure market expected by the end of the decade.
AI data centers, consuming up to 600 kW per rack, are accelerating adoption of 800V DC architecture and high-efficiency power systems. Infineon’s Power & Sensor Systems division is projected to grow 67% YoY, from €1.5B to €2.5B, as semiconductor content per rack rises from €15K to €100K by 2030.
