Hormel reaffirms full-year guidance after reporting double-digit adjusted earnings growth and margin expansion in foodservice and retail.

Hormel Foods reported its sixth consecutive quarter of organic net sales growth in Q2 2026, driven by strategic pricing and a protein-focused portfolio. Adjusted earnings rose by double digits, supported by favorable product mix and supply chain productivity gains.

The company expanded margins in foodservice through market-based pricing and operational efficiencies, while retail profitability improved via high-value brands like Jennie-O and Applegate. Manufacturing performance also strengthened, particularly in turkey operations, due to better growing conditions and throughput.

Hormel reaffirmed its full-year guidance, citing strong first-half momentum and visibility into growth levers. The outlook leans toward the upper half of the earnings range, with Q3 adjusted earnings expected to reflect continued strength.
