Bitcoin dips 3% in 24 hours, nearing $70,000 mark
Bitcoin’s price has fallen 3% in the last 24 hours, currently standing at $72,739.
The cryptocurrency hit a six-week low of $72,669 overnight, prompting a surge in prediction market odds for a potential dip below $70,000.
Crypto liquidations have reached nearly $924 million in the last 24 hours, with $851 million attributed to crypto longs. Bitcoin ETFs have also seen significant outflows, losing over $1 billion in the last two days.
The current eight-day losing streak has resulted in over $2.6 billion leaving Bitcoin ETFs, with $733 million exiting on Wednesday alone.
