Salesforce (NYSE: CRM) reported first-quarter fiscal 2027 revenue of $11.1 billion on May 27, up 13% year over year, and raised its full-year FY27 revenue guidance to $45.9 billion to $46.2 billion.
The company said Agentforce annual recurring revenue reached $1.2 billion, up 205% year over year, as it frames agentic AI as a key driver of growth
Non-GAAP diluted earnings per share came in at $3.88, up 50% year over year. GAAP diluted EPS was $2.42, up 52%. Non-GAAP operating margin was 34.8%, and current remaining performance obligation reached $33.6 billion.
Free cash flow was $6.6 billion, up 4% year over year. The Q1 revenue figure included a $444 million contribution from Informatica, which Salesforce acquired in November 2025 (fiscal 2026). That acquisition also accounts for $1.1 billion of the $3.4 billion in combined Agentforce and Data 360 ARR that Salesforce reported.
