The deal aims to boost IREN’s annual revenue to $4.4 billion by 2027 with new AI infrastructure deployments.
IREN will invest $1.6 billion in Dell Technologies’ air-cooled Blackwell systems to expand its artificial intelligence data centers in Childress, Texas. The new infrastructure is expected to increase IREN’s annual revenue from $3.7 billion to $4.4 billion by 2027.
The agreement reflects rising demand for AI compute capacity as companies race to secure next-generation infrastructure. Dell’s servers, critical for AI workloads, reinforce its position in the data center market.
IREN shares have surged 40% this year to $59.78, while Dell stock has climbed 139% in 2026 to $305.08.
