SunDance, a US-based packaging company, has installed an XL-DR pouching machine to enhance its internal production capacity. The equipment, supplied by SunCentre USA, supports multiple pouch formats, including stand-up pouches, gusseted bags, and bag-in-bag designs, along with various closures.
The company began offering flexible packaging in 2020 and has since expanded its material and finishing options. Recent upgrades include the POUCH³ format, which uses 30% to 40% less material than standard pouches, improving production efficiency for clients.
SunDance aims to provide faster turnaround times and a broader range of packaging solutions to help clients compete in the market. The new machinery aligns with its commitment to innovation in flexible packaging.
