Paranova Print and Packaging has completed a £5m ($6.7m) redevelopment of its St Neots site, expanding manufacturing space by 2,000m2 and tripling production capacity. The upgraded facility now produces over 700 million recyclable food-to-go packs annually across three UK sites.

The St Neots plant is now Europe’s largest fibre-based food-to-go packaging facility, equipped with a new Bobst press for lined board products. The expansion supports formats like sandwich skillets and trays, aligning with evolving sustainability regulations.

CEO Jo Ormrod stated the investment reinforces Paranova’s leadership in sustainable packaging, enabling scalable fibre-based solutions for customers amid shifting consumer and legislative demands.
