President Donald Trump disclosed up to $750 million in trades over 90 days. The disclosure was filed late, incurring a $200 fine.
The reports document more than 3,600 individual securities transactions in 90 days, with a cumulative value of $220 million to $750 million.
This disclosure comes as lawmakers are bound by the STOCK Act of 2012, which requires them to disclose trades within 45 days and prohibits trading on insider information.
The disclosure has drawn comparisons to Nancy Pelosi’s household, which disclosed roughly $59 million in trades over three years.
