The firm’s Bitcoin reserves remain unchanged this week after opting for bond purchases instead of additional BTC acquisitions.

Strategy announced it purchased bonds rather than Bitcoin this week, marking a shift in its allocation strategy. The company’s Bitcoin holdings remain at 843,738 BTC, valued at approximately $64.45 billion as of May 24, 2026, with an average cost basis of $75,701 per coin.

Since August 10, 2020, Strategy has made 110 Bitcoin purchases, building its reserve to one of the largest corporate holdings. The decision to buy bonds this week suggests a tactical adjustment amid market conditions, though the firm’s long-term Bitcoin position remains intact.

No immediate market reaction was disclosed in the announcement.
