The collaboration targets real-time AI inference and orchestration with Arm’s 136-core AGI CPU, aiming to cut data center costs and boost efficiency.
Arm Holdings (NASDAQ:ARM) and Red Hat expanded their partnership to deliver a production-ready AI software and hardware stack for agentic AI systems. The solution integrates Red Hat Enterprise Linux and OpenShift with Arm’s AGI CPU, designed for hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
The Arm AGI CPU features 136 Neoverse V3 cores, PCIe Gen6, and DDR5 memory, operating at a 300W TDP. It targets bottlenecks in real-time inference and data pre-processing, potentially doubling or quintupling compute density versus x86 processors. Major hardware partners, including Supermicro and Lenovo, support the platform.
The integrated stack is expected to be available for enterprise deployment in Q4 2026, offering cost and efficiency benefits for cloud-optimized data centers.
