Fennec Pharmaceuticals reported record first-quarter 2026 revenue of $15.1 million for PEDMARK, its sodium thiosulfate treatment for cisplatin-related hearing loss. The growth stems from an expanded sales force and broader market focus, including over 5,400 U.S. treatment sites.

The company is prioritizing the adolescent and young adult (AYA) market, estimated to be 10 times larger than the pediatric segment. Fennec also promotes home administration via its Fennec HEARS program and pursues international expansion, including partnerships in Europe and planned deals in Japan.

Fennec’s patent position remains strong, with a U.S. settlement blocking generic competition until 2033. Analysts at H.C. Wainwright maintain a buy rating on FENC with a $13 price target.
