Viper Energy (NASDAQ:VNOM) posted first-quarter adjusted earnings of $1.22 per share, exceeding estimates by $0.69. The company’s average production reached 130,711 boepd, including 65,000 bpd of oil, surpassing expectations.

The firm raised its 2026 oil production guidance midpoint by 2.5%, citing Diamondback’s increased activity and development of high-concentration royalty interests. The adjustment reflects over 5% organic growth from its 2025 exit rate. Viper also completed the Riverbend acquisition, adding 3,000 net royalty acres and 2,000 bpd of oil production for $337 million in cash and 3.7 million Class A shares.

Viper declared a $0.68 quarterly dividend, maintaining a 4.74% annual yield.
