Venture Global reported Q1 2026 adjusted earnings of $0.19 per share, beating estimates by $0.07, as revenue surged 60% year-over-year to $4.6 billion. The company’s net income rose 23.2% to $488 million, driven by higher LNG sales volumes at its Plaquemines Project in Louisiana.

The company exported 130 cargos and sold 481 TBtu of LNG in Q1, up from 63 cargos and 228.3 TBtu a year earlier. Prior EBITDA guidance for 2026 was $5.2 billion-$5.8 billion, with consensus estimates below the revised range.

Venture Global now expects to ship 147-154 cargos from its Calcasieu Project and 347-369 cargos from Plaquemines in 2026. The company reaffirmed its target of becoming North America’s largest LNG producer by 2027, aiming for over 100 million tonnes of annual production by 2030.
